SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Standard (3-5 business days) or Express (2-3 business days). We ship Monday-Friday, except on holidays. Once your order is received, we will email you confirmation of order and another email once it has shipped, with tracking information. 

DOMESTIC: USPS PRIORITY MAIL

EXPRESS (2-3 business days): $20

INTERNATIONAL: USPS PRIORITY MAIL
STANDARD (3-5 business days): $25
EXPRESS (2-3 business days) $45


RETURN POLICY

PALME THE LABEL offers domestic returns and exchanges for store credit only. These items include those that were purchased from palmethelabel.com at regular price. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All clothing/accessories must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition. Original hangtags and labels must be in place.

Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime on www.PALMETHELABEL.COM.

DOMESTIC RETURN PROCESS:

1)  Email a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order to palmethelabel@yahoo.com

2)  Include your order # and reason for returning/exchanging

3)  If your purchase is eligible for return, PALME THE LABEL will email you with confirmation. All return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.

4)  Include purchase invoice and the clean unwashed, stain free products with original hang tags in the original box, or package of choice.

Items not abiding by our stated return policy will be returned to the purchaser and no credit will be issued.

PALME THE LABEL is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping. For your protection, we highly recommend USPS priority flat rate with tracking and insurance.

5)  Drop off at the appropriate shipping center.

6)  All returns must be received by PALME THE LABEL within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Our mailing address is 725 Hoopuni Street, Kailua, HI 96734.

7)  Once we have received and processed your return we will email you your store credit. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable.
